I traced her over [link] and used colour scheme from [link] (except I haven't figured out gradients and shading in GIMP yet, just the tracing and bucket fill.)

EDIT: Now there are 5 images instead of just two, so you have more to choose from and can see more stages of me editing this picture. I've also added her shadow and redone her cutie mark.
